Highest Quality Heat Exchangers

Edwards Coils Corporation manufactures highly efficient heat transfer systems. Our improved fin design utilizes more surface area, resulting in more efficient heat exchange. We cater to the global market.

Edwards Coils refrigerant condensers and evaporators are all UL listed. Our production team is committed to providing the highest quality heat exchangers in the industry.

The Edwards coaxial tube-in-tube heat exchanger consists of longitudinal, spirally wound applied fins, solder bonded to the inner tube with an outer tube serving as a shell.

  • Longitudinal fins facilitate maximum heat transfer with low-pressure drop.

  • Spirally wound fins give a free passage for condensing or evaporating gases and fluids.

  • Spirally wound applied fins enable easy tube-bending and coil-formation without deformation of the parent tube wall.

  • Solder bonded fins yield high heat transfer.

  • Applied fin construction permits use of various tube materials: copper, cupro-nickel, stainless steel, titanium and others as needed for various fluids and corrosive or sanitary applications.

  • Applied fin is applicable on either option: solid wall tube or double wall vented tube (for potable water code requirements).

Edwards Coils Corporation has been manufacturing refrigerant to water heat exchangers for over 50 years. Our unique design includes:

  • Longitudinal fins assure maximum heat transfer with low pressure drop.
  • Spirally-wound fins give free passsage for condensing or evaporating gases and fluids.
  • Spirally-wound applied fins assure easy tube bending and coil formation without deformation of parent tube wall.
  • Solder-bonded fins yield high heat transfer.
  • Applied fin construction permits use of various tube materials: copper, cupro-nickel, stainless steel, titanium and others as needed for various fluids and for corrosive or sanitary applications.
  • Applied fin is applicable on either option: solid wall tube or double-wall vented tube (for potable water code requirements)
